Refund policy

At DropAura, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We provide a hassle-free 5-day replacement policy for damaged or defective products.

Replacement Policy:
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us within 5 days of delivery.
• To initiate a request, email us at tklifestudio@gmail.com with your Order ID and an unboxing video/photo of the defective item.
• Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement for you.

Returns & Refunds:
• We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or subjective dislike once the product is successfully delivered.
• In case a replacement product is out of stock, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method or bank account within 5-7 business days.
